Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Change in Arrival/Departure Dates must be intimated to us in writing and have our acknowledgment for the same. Such cancellation / changes in date will attract the following retention charges:

21 Days before Arrival date

100% Refund except for a minimum of Rs.100/- (Admn. Fee) as retention charges.

15 to 20 Days before Arrival date

15% of the advance + Rs. 100/- will be kept as retention charge

7 to 14 Days before Arrival date

50% of the advance will be kept as retention charge

3 to 6 Days before Arrival date

75% of the advance will be kept as retention charge

Less than 3 days of the Arrival date

Full amount of the advance will be kept as retention charge

Refund

No refund for early checkouts (from the proposed duration of stay), and/or other changes made by the client during their stay is usually permitted. However, The Company (Jai Travel World) reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation/no show/changes etc and the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final. Refunds (if any) for amendment and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Clients by way of Cheque or cash transfer and sometimes this could take 14 days to process such refunds.

Arbitration

For any claims, disputes or discrepancy of any nature, the same will be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the Company. The arbitration shall be in held in Kodaikanal, and the Arbitrator’s decision will be final.
