Cancellation or Change in Arrival/Departure Dates must be intimated to us in writing and have our acknowledgment for the same. Such cancellation / changes in date will attract the following retention charges:
No refund for early checkouts (from the proposed duration of stay), and/or other changes made by the client during their stay is usually permitted. However, The Company (Jai Travel World) reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation/no show/changes etc and the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final. Refunds (if any) for amendment and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Clients by way of Cheque or cash transfer and sometimes this could take 14 days to process such refunds.
For any claims, disputes or discrepancy of any nature, the same will be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the Company. The arbitration shall be in held in Kodaikanal, and the Arbitrator’s decision will be final.
